Attendance calculate allows to recalculate attendance if there is any change in attendance(e.g. employee marked his attendance but latter employer change punch buffer in his time slot) from the start date to end date which you selected in attendance calculate popup.
To know more about how to calculate attendance. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the attendance tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the company timesheet tab.
- The above step will open the company timesheet index page.
- Click calculate button to calculate attendance.
- The above step will open a popup to calculate attendance.
- Select start and end date.
- Select any one type.
- If you select employees as type then the system will calculate attendance for employees.
- If you want to calculate attendance for all employees then check the all employees checkbox.
- If you want to calculate attendance for some employees then uncheck all employees checkbox.
- If you uncheck all employees checkbox then a field to select employee will appear.
- A select employee from the dropdown. You can select multiple employees.
- If you select departments as type then the system will calculate departments for the department.
- If you want to calculate attendance for all departments then check the all departments checkbox.
- If you want to calculate attendance for some departments then uncheck all departments checkbox.
- If you uncheck all employees checkbox then a field to select department will appear.
- Select department from the dropdown. You can select multiple departments.
- Click on the save button will calculate attendance.
