Employees can view attendance calendar. Employees first need to enter data in filter related to your search. Click search button present at bottom of filter will show attendance calendar.

- In navbar click attendance tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click reports tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click attendance calendar tab.
- Above step will open attendance calendar index page.
- Filter will be present on index page to search attendance calendar report.
- Add data in filter according to your choice.
- Select group from dropdown.
- Select location from dropdown.
- Select branch from dropdown.
- Select department from dropdown.
- Select empployee from dropdown. You can select multiple employees.
- Click calendar to select start date.
- Click calendar to select end date.
- If start date was 01-05-2020 and end date was 10-05-2020 then system will search attendance calendar form 1-05-2020 to 10-05-2020 not for whole month.
- Finally click search button to search attendance calendar.
- Click reset button to clear fields.
- System will search data according to data given in filter fields.
- After search attendance calender will look like.
- Attendance calendar will show your duty status till today.
- A tag will show your absent.
- P tag will show your present.
- D tag will show your day off.
- H tag will show you holidays.
- L tag will show you leaves.
- T tag will show you travels.
- R tag will show you relaxations.
- In summary column system will show total absent, present, holiday, leave, relaxation and travel according to your filter search.
- Click download excel file button to download excel file.
- Above step will download excel file in download folder.
- File will contain same data as shown on index page.
