My timesheet is a part of attendance where you can check all operations related to attendance till today's date. When any authority creates a roster system automatically start maintaining a timesheet. In my timesheet employees can perform different operations. Attendance request, leave request, relaxation request and add attendance manually etc. Employees can filter and watch their previous check-in/check-out, holidays, day-offs, travel, official duty, relaxation, missing punches, working hours, break hours, presents.
To know more about how to perform different operations in my timesheet. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the attendance tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click my timesheet tab.
- The above step will my timesheet index page.
- My timesheet system will show information from the start of the month till today's date.
- In the first part, the system will show information about your past workable shifts, workable hours, worked hours, short hours present, missing punches, absence, short duration, late arrival, early left, a day off, rest day, relaxation, official duty, travel and leave.
- In the second part, the system will show attendance from the start of the month till today's date.
- In the 1st column, the system will show the date.
- In the 2nd column, the system will show the time slot of that day.
- The 3rd column system will show the expected check-in and your check-in of that day.
- The 4th column system will show status about your absence, present, on time, missing punches, absence, short duration, late arrival, early left, a day off, rest day, relaxation, official duty, travel and leave.
- In the 5th column, the system will show the expected to check out and your check out of that day.
- The 6th column is the same as the 4th column.
- The 7th column will show the expected working hours of that day. Expected working hours will be calculated from expected check in to expected check out.
- 8th column will show the working hours of that day. Working hours will be calculated from check-in to check out.
- The 9th column will show break hours. Break hours will be calculated if you take any break and press the brake button from the dashboard from break start to end.
- 10th columns are for actions which define the different operation.
- When an employee is on time. An employee can view and edit.
- Click on the edit button will open a popup to edit attendance.
- Click on the View button will open a popup to view attendance. Employees can't edit anything.
- Click on the cancel button will close the popup.
- If an employee is absent or missed any punch system will show the attendance request button.
- Employees can click on the attendance request button to create an attendance request.

- If an employee arrived late or left the early system will show a relaxation request button.
- Employees can click on the relaxation request button to create a relaxation request.
