An employee can check timesheets of their subordinates in the subordinate timesheet. Employees can filter and calculated attendance for their subordinates.
To know more about how to check subordinates timesheet. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the attendance tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the subordinate timesheet tab.
- The above step will open the subordinate time sheet index page.
- A filter will be present on the index page where you can search subordinates timesheet.
- A select subordinate employee from the dropdown.
- Select employee status.
- In attendance, status select check-in/check-out status(present, missing etc).
- Select attendance start date.
- Select attendance end date.
- If you select the attendance start date as May 01, 2020, and end date as May 10, 2020. The system will show the attendance of your selected subordinates from 1st May to 10th May.
- Checkin time has two fields.
- You can specify checkin range in two fields. The filter will search between the given range.
- If you select 1st checkin as 10:00 am and 2nd checkin as 12:00 pm. the System will show attendance of your selected subordinates whose checkin exist between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Checkout time has also two fields.
- You can specify the checkout range in two fields. The filter will search between a given range.
- If you select 1st checkout as 10:00 am and 2nd checkout as 12:00 pm. System will show the attendance of your selected subordinates whose checkout exist between 10:00 am as 12:00 pm.
- Click the search button to search.
- Click the reset button to reset the filter.
- The system will show record according to data entered in a filter.
- If no record found the system will show the message "No Records Found!".
- Employees can calculate the attendance of their subordinates.

- Repeat step 4-18 to calculate attendance.
