In company request employee can create new attendance request for any employee.
To know more about how to create attendance request on the behalf of another employee. Follow these following steps.
- In navbar click Attendance tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click Attendances tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click Company Requests tab.
- Click create button to create attendance request for any employee.
- A pop-up will appear to create attendance request.
- Fields with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- First select employee from dropdown.
- To add date click calendar icon present at the right side of date field.
- Add punch type (A dropdown with check-in and check-out will appear. Select any one according to request type).
- Add punch time (If punch type is check-in then add time when you started working. If punch type is check-out then add time when you completed your work).
- Add description of why you missed punch(Check-In/Check-Out) and want to create attendance request.
- Finally, click save button to create attendance request.
