Employees can create attendance request if they miss any punch(check-in, check-out or both), left early or arrive late.
To know more about how to create an attendance request. Follow these following steps.
Through Attendance Request
- In navbar click Attendance tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click Attendances tab again.
- Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click Requests tab.
- Click create button to create attendance request.
- A pop-up will appear to create attendance request.
- Fields with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- To add date click calendar icon present at the right side of date field.
- Add punch type (A dropdown with check-in and check-out will appear. Select any one according to request type).
- Add punch time (If punch type is check-in then add time when you started working. If punch type is check-out then add time when you completed your work).
- Add description of why you missed punch(Check In/Check Out) and want to create attendance request.
- Finally, click save button to create attendance request.
Through Attendance My Time Sheet
- In navbar click Attendance tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click Time Sheet tab.
- In timesheet attendance request button will be present where employee missed punch. Click attendance request button.
- Repeat 5 to 11 steps from above method(Attendance Request).
