Employees can create expense request if they have some pending dues, allowances etc.
To know more about how to create a expense request. Follow these following steps.
Through expense request
- In navbar click expense tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click requests tab.
- Above step will open expense request index page.
- Click create button to create expense request.
- A pop-up will appear to create expense request.
- Fields with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- If you want to create expense request against any request then click expense against request.
- Above step will show new fields.
- Select request type from drop down.
- Select request code.
- Enter extension number provided by company.
- Enter expense reason.
- Click add button to add expense details.
- Above step will open a pop to add expense details.
- To add date click calendar icon present at the right side of date field.
- Select expense type from drop down.
- Select currency from drop down.
- Enter expense amount.
- Enter expense description.
- Add attachment if you want to attach any attachment.
- Click save button to create expense details.
- Expense details will be added and look like.
- Click save button to crearte expense request.
