When employees want to create loan and advance request. First of all employers need to create loan and advance type. Then employees can create loan and advance request. Loan and advance type contains information about employee experience, number of installments and gap between isntallments.
To know more about how to create loan and advance type. Follow these following steps.
- In navbar click loan and advances tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click settings tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click loan and advances types tab.
- Above step will open loan & advances type index page.
- Click create button to create loan & advaces type.
- Above step will open a popup to create loan & advance type.
- Enter loan & advances type name.
- Active chechbox shows status of loan & advances type.
- If active chechbox is checked then it means that status is active otherwise it means that status in inactive.
- Guarantor required chechbox shows that guarantor is required for this loan & advances type.
- Employee experience (in months) means that employee experience must be equal to experience given in fields.
- Gap between requests (in months) shows number of months that employee can apply for this loan & advances type next time after these months.
- No of installments shows total number of installments.
- Gap between installments (in months) shows number of months that employee must pay next installment after these months.
- Formula sets the limit that empoyee can apply for loan.
- Non payable checkbox means that loan & advances against this loan & advances type is non payable.
- Enter description why you want to create loan & advances type.
- Finally click save button to create oan & advances type.
- Click on save button will create a loan & advances type.
