1. In navbar click performance.
2. Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click review cycles tab.
3. Above step will open review cycles page.
4. Click on create button to create review cycles.
5. Above step will open a popup to create review cycles.
6. Write the name of review cycles in the text box area.
7. Select the start date.
8. Select the end date.
9. Write the description in the text box area.
10.Select criteria either its "Custom criteria" or "Group". If you select "Custom Criteria" in this all employees and get selected.
11. Click on next button to move on next button.
12. Select review cycle group from droptown which you have created earlier in settings in review cycle groups.
13. Its selected for all employees but not in "custom criteria" if you do not want to apply to all you can uncheck it.
14. To apply criteria either for whole " organization" or "employees" click on "Add" button to add criteria.
15. Select type if you select "organization" then:
16. Select departments on those you are going to apply criteria.
17. Select locations on those you are going to apply criteria.
18. Select areas on those you are going to apply criteria.
19. Select branches on those you are going to apply criteria.
20. Click on next button to move on next page.
21. If you select type "employees" then:
22. Select employees on those you are going to apply criteria.
23. Click on next button to move on next page.
24. Appraisal setting will automatically comes which you created in review cycle groups on this page when you click next in above step. You can edit them and add more( by clicking on add button).
25. Appraiser setting will automatically comes which you created in review cycle groups on this page when you click next in above step. You can edit them and add more( by clicking on add button).
26. Click on save button to save.
