Employers can create roaster. Roaster is basically created to add workable shifts for an employee. While on check in/check out mark employees will follow roaster timmings.
To know more about how to add roster. Follow these following steps.
- In navbar click roster tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click company roster tab.
- Above step will open company roster index page.
- Click create button to create roster.
- Above step will open a popup to create roaster.
- Field with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- Click calender button present at right corner of field to select start date.
- Select time slot which you want to allocate from timing field.
- Check full overtime if full overtime is applicable.
- Select repeat means that when your roaster will repeat.
- Every week means that roaster will repeat week.
- Every 2 week meas that roaster will repeat in next week and remaining days will consider as day off.
- Select end date for roaster.
- Select shift days.
- Click next button to proceed further.
- Click on next button will take us to a next page.
- Select employee from dropdown for which you want to create roster.
- Click search button to search employees.
- All selected employees will appear in unselected box.
- Click arrows button present at upper right corner.
- Above step shift employees in next column selected employees.
- Click next button to proceed further.
- Click back button to step back.
- Click on next button will take to a next page.
- Click save button to create roster.
- Roaster will be created and look like below picture.
- Click on roaster will open a new layer on roaster.
- You can edit, delete and view.
