After expense request creation employees can change anything from expense request till request is not completed or rejected.
To know more about how to edit expense request. Follow these following steps.
Through expense request
- In navbar click expense tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click requests tab.
- Above step will open expense requests index page.
- If expense request exists with pending status employee can edit.
- Click edit button to edit expense request.
- A pop-up will appear to edit expense request.
- Fields with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- If expense against any request was clicked then two fields will be present.
- Select request type from drop down.
- Select request code.
- Edit extension number provided by company.
- Edit expense reason.
- Click edit button to add expense details.
- Above step will open a pop to edit expense details.
- To edit date click calendar icon present at the right side of date field.
- Select expense type from drop down.
- Select currency from drop down.
- Edit expense amount.
- Edit expense description.
- Add attachment if you want to attach any attachment.
- Click save button to save change changes in expense details.
- Expense details will be edited and look like.
- Click save button to save change changes in expense request.
