An employer can manage employee relative.
To know more about how to manage employee relative. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the employee tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the employee relative tab.
- The above step will open the employee relative listing page.
- Field with red sterics is necessary to fill.
- Click create button to create employee relative.
- The above step will open a popup to create an employee relative.
- A select employee from the drop-down for which you want to create ate employee relative. The employee is already explained in How to manage employee?.
- Click relative within the company if you want to select relative from the company.
- If you click relative within the company system will show an extra field to choose a relative employee from the company.
- After selecting an employee from the company system will automatically show save data like birth date, phone number.
- Select relationship from dop down.
- Enter a phone number.
- Enter email.
- Click calendar to select the date of birth.
- Enter employee address.
- Click is dependant.
- Enter employee CNIC
- Click the action button to add an attachment.
- Enter description.
- Click the save button to create an employee relative.
- Employee relative will be created and look like.
- Click the edit button to edit employee relative.
- Click on the edit button will open a popup to edit employee relative. Edit process is the same as like create process. Repeat step 7-17 from the above section of the document to edit employee relative.
- Click the View button to view employee relative.
- Click on the View button will open a popup to view employee relative. Employees can't change anything.
- Click the Cancel button to close the popup.
- Click the delete button to delete the employee relative.
- Click on the delete button will open a confirmation popup to delete employee relative.
- Click yes if you want to delete.
- Click no if you don't want to delete.
