An employer can manage employee salary. An employer can only create salary when salary is not created yet.
To know more about how to manage employee salary. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the employee tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the salaries tab.
- The above step will open the salaries listing page.
- Field with red sterics is necessary to fill.
- Click create button to create salaries.
- The above step will open a popup to create a salary.
- A select employee from the drop down for which you want to create salary. The employee is already explained in How to manage employee?.
- Select payroll from the drop-down. Payroll is already explained in How to create payroll?.
- Select salary type from the dropdown. It should be monthly, daily wages, hourly.
- Enter ntn(national tax number).
- Select payment method from dropdown.
- Select currency from the drop-down.
- Enter gross salary.
- Tax exempted means that tax will not apply. Click if you don't want to deduct tax.
- Enter description.
- Click the save button to create an employee salary.
- Employee salary will be created and look like.
- Click the edit button to edit employee salary.
- Click on the edit button will open a popup to edit employee salary. Edit process is the same as like create process. Repeat step 7-16 from the above section of the document to edit employee salary.
- Click the View button to view employee salary.
- Click on the View button will open a popup to view employee salary. Employees can't change anything.
- Click the Cancel button to close the popup.
