When expense request is completed system automatically generates expense request history. History contains remarks added by approving authority, requestee name, status, approved amount and date.
To know more about how to view expense request history. Follow these following steps.
Through expense requests
- In navbar click expense tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click requests tab.
- Above step will open expense request index page.
- If request is completed or rejected history will be generated.
- Click history button if request exists with completed or rejected status.
- Above step will open a new popup.
- Click cancel button to close popup.
Through expense approvals
- In navbar click expense tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click approvals tab.
- Above step will open request approvals idnex page.
- Requests will appear according to designations in each tab. Click on tab according to your designations.
- Repeat step 5 to 7 from above method (expense request method) to view expense approval history.
Through company expenses
- In navbar click expense tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click company expenses tab.
- Above step will open company expenses idnex page.
- Repeat step 5 to 7 from above method (expense request) to view expense approval history.
