Appraiser types show which authority you can select for the evaluation depending on your scenario. You can select different authorities for evaluation for different scenario's.
In appraisal types, you can create different types of appraisals. You can evaluate the employees using these appraisal types and you can create numerous appraisal types as you need.
Appraisal Objectives are the attributes of the appraisal types (which you have already created and the appraisal type). In this, you have to create objectives against the appraisal types, write their name and write a description about them.
In review cycle groups you can do a grouping of appraiser types and appraisal types. By doing this you can do performance evaluation in groups easily and with a high level of accuracy.
Employers can add Performance configurations through Performance > Setting > Configuration section from where they can set different configuration on the basis of their rules and regulations inside an organization.
Employers can add certifications for employees. During the evaluation, created certification can be suggested for the employee who is being evaluated
Employers can add the Performance Scale to evaluate the performance of employees on scale-based.
Employers can create a Review Cycle for evaluation, In which set the appraisals and appraisers types for evaluation. Also, employers can select employees one by one or use groups of employees here.
