(Step #1): the first solution is to Go to Time Sheet and Check if it shows all are Off-Days then apply the time roster on it (Apply Time Shift ).
1. In the navbar click the Attendance.
2. The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the company timesheet.
3. Then search names of employees those attendance not displaying.
4. If attendance logs are all off-days then apply the company time roster on it.
and then attendance will display on the dashboard also.

but company time roster already exists then follow the second step.
(Step #2): In the second step Go to Attendance > Attendance Logs > Check Logs.
1. In the navbar click the Attendance.
2. The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the Attendance logs.
3. Then check logs of those whose attendance is not displaying.
If the issue remain occur then follow the next step.
(Step #3): In the third step Go to Attendance > Company Time Sheet > Calculate Attendance
2. Then calculate attendance issue will resolve.
3. After calculating and using these all steps but the error remains stands then check your machine is showing Active status or not.
(Step #4): In the 4th Step Go to Masters> System Master > Machines >Check Machine Status (Either it's Active or not).
1. In the navbar click the master's tab
2. The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the system master's tab.
2. Then go to the machine section and it will show machines are active or not, if the machine showing the offline status then press activate machine and you will get status online.
Then follow this last step your attendance will display on a dashboard.
Step .5) But after the use of these all processes and error remain same then use the last step Mapping.

2. The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the system master's tab.
3. Go to Machines section and click on view map.
4)Then Mapp the employee.
