Employees can view the attendance summary. Employees first need to enter data in a filter related to their search. Click the search button present at bottom of the filter will show the attendance summary.

- In the navbar click the attendance tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the reports tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the attendance summary tab.
- The above step will open the attendance summary index page.
- The filter will be present to search the attendance summary report.
- Add data in the filter according to your choice.
- Select group from the dropdown.
- Select location from the dropdown.
- A select branch from the dropdown.
- Select department from the dropdown.
- A select employee from the dropdown. You can select multiple employees.
- Select employment type from the dropdown.
- Click calendar to select the start date.
- Click calendar to select the end date.
- If the start date was 01-05-2020 and the end date was 10-05-2020 then the system will search attendance summary from 1-05-2020 to 10-05-2020, not for a whole month.
- Finally, click the search button to search the attendance summary.
- Click the reset button to clear fields.
- The system will search data according to data given in filter fields.
- After search attendance summary will look like.
- The First 4 columns are about employment.
- The shifts column shows several planned shifts from the start date to the end date.
- The present column shows several presentations from planned shifts.
- The missing column shows several missing punches(checkin / checkout) from presents.
- The absent column shows the number of absents from planned shifts.
- The early left column shows when you left early before the expected checkout.
- The late arrivals column shows when you arrived late before the expected check-in.

- The Overtime column shows the number of overtime from the presents.
- The travel column shows the number of travel from planned shifts.
- The official duty column shows several official duties from planned shifts.
- The leaves column shows the number of leaves from planned shifts.
- The relaxation column shows several relaxations from planned shifts.
- The expected minutes' column shows the number of the expected time of workable shifts.
- Worked minutes column shows the number of worked hours from your presents.
- The break minutes column shows the number of break minutes. If you availed any break during working hours.
- Layoffs column shows a number of a day off from planned shifts.
- The rest days column shows the number of rest days from planned shifts. Rest days are given by the company due to any reason.
- The holiday's column shows some holidays from planned shifts. Holidays are given by the company due to any reason.
- After filter search, the system will show a button at top of the index page to download the excel file.
- Click the download excel button to download the excel file.
- The above step will download the excel file in the download folder.
- The file will contain the same data as shown on the index page.
