After deduction type and attendance policy creation employer need to create attendance policy planner. Through attendance policy planner employers can apply differnet policies on employees with applicable date.
To know more about how to create attendance policy planner. Follow these following steps.
- In navbar click policy tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click attendance policy planner tab.
- Above step will open attendance policy planner index page.
- Click create button to create attendance policy planner.
- Above step will open a popup to create attendance policy planner.
- Enter attendance policy planner name.
- Click calender to selcet applicable from date.
- Click all employees if you want to apply attendance policy planner.
- Select absent policy from drop down.
- Select missing policy from drop down.
- Select late arrival policy from drop down.
- Select early left policy from drop down.
- Select short duration policy from drop down.
- Select relaxation policy from drop down.
- Select leave policy from drop down.
- Select overtime policy from drop down.
- Select cpl policy from drop down.
- Click next button to proceed further.
- Click on next button will take us to a next page.
- Select employee from dropdown for which you want to create attendance policy planner.
- Click search button to search employees.
- All selected employees will appear in unselected box.
- Click arrows button present at upper right corner.
- Above step shift employees in next column selected employees.
- Click next button to proceed further.
- Click back button to step back.
- Click on next button will take to a next page.
- Click save button to create attendance policy planner.
- Attendance policy planner will be created and look like below picture.
