After attendance request creation employees can change anything from attendance request till attendance request is not completed or rejected.
To know more about how to edit attendance request. Follow these following steps.
Through attendance request
- In navbar click Attendance tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click Attendances tab again.
- Above step will open new tabs in drop down. Click Requests tab.
- If attendance request exists with pending status employee can edit.
- Click edit button to edit attendance request.
- A pop-up will appear to edit attendance request.
- Fields with red sterics are necessary to fill.
- To add date click calendar icon present at the right side of date field.
- Add punch type (A dropdown with check-in and check-out will appear. Select any one according to request type).
- Add punch time (If punch type is check-in then add time when you started working. If punch type is check-out then add time when you completed your work).
- Add description of why you missed punch(Check-in/Check-out) and want to create attendance request.
- Finally, click save button to edit attendance request.
