The employer can revise the salary of any employee more than 1 time whenever they want, with an effective date of future, past or current. When a salary is revised, the next salary revision can't be done in this date's past date. An employer can only edit and delete salary revision when salary revision is done with a future date.

- In the navbar click the payroll tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the salary revisions tab.
- The above step will open the salary revisions index page.
- Click create button to revise the salary of any employee.
- The above step will open a popup to revise salary.
- A select employee from the dropdown.
- Click calendar to select an effective date.
- Select salary revision type.
- I want to revise your salary in flat then click the radio button towards flat side.
- Enter revised salary amount.
- I want to revise salary in percentage then click the radio button towards the percentage side.
- The above step will show a new row to enter the percentage of revision.
- When you will enter a percentage system will automatically show revised salary according to percentage.
- Click the save button to revise your salary.
- The salary will be revised.
- An employer can only edit and delete salary revision when salary revision is done with a future date.
- Click on the edit button will open a popup to edit salary revision.
- Edit process is the same as like create process.
- Click on the View button will open a popup to view salary revision.
- In view, popup employees can just view.
- Click the Cancel button to close the view popup.
- Click on the delete button will open a popup to delete salary revision.
- Click yes if you want to delete salary revision and click no if you don't want to delete.
- An employer can also download and import a salary revision template to revise salary.
- Click the download template button to download the salary revision template.
- The system will download the excel file in the Downloads folder.
- In this file enter employee code, effective date, type and value.
- Click the Import button to import the salary revision template.
