When a leave type is applied on an employee system mentains a quota of that employee. Quota contains information like employee name and code, leave type, balace start and end time, availed and available leaves. When a leave is availed or leave type is expired then system automatiaclly mentain changes in quota. Quota can be manually edited.
To know more about how to view quota of an employee. Follow these following steps.
- In navbar click time off tab.
- Above step will open new tabs in dropdown. Click quota adjustment tab.
- Above step will open quota adjustment index page.
- System will show quota of all employees start and end date, leave type applied on employee, availed and available leaves.
- Whenever a leave type is alloted to employess system automatically starts mentaining quota.
- You can import quota of employee.
- First of all you need to download template. Click download template button to download template for quota.
- Above step will download a file quota_adjustment_import in downloads folder.
- Open file to add employee code, leave type code, quota(total count), Availed and carry forward quota.
- Save this file with updated record.
- Click import button to import file.
- Newly added quota will appear on index page.
- Quota can be manually edited.
- Click edit button present in action column.
- It will open a popup to adjust balance manually.
- Click on view button present in action column will open a popup to view quota of an employee.
