Employers can add the Performance Scale to evaluate the performance of employees on scale-based.
These are following the steps to create the performance scale.
1. In the Performance tabs click settings and then click performance scale.
2. Click Create button to create the performance scale
3. A popup screen appears for the creation of the performance scale
4. Write the name for the Performance Scale
5. Write the total value in numbers for the Performance Scale
6. Click on add button to add scale groups
7. In scale, groups start from a minimum value of 1 and so on end with a total value which defines above in the Total field.
8. Click the save button to save the Performance Scale
9. After saving the Performance Scale screen will show
10. You can edit, view, delete and active in Actions button
11. Only one Performance Scale can be active at a time if you activate anyone other will automatically deactivate
