The employer can manage reasons to create the end of employment of any employee. Reason can be anything why you want to create the end of employment. It can be either resignation, termination or anything else.
To know more about how to manage employee reasons. Follow the following steps.
- In the navbar click the eoe services tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the settings tab.
- The above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the reasons tab.
- The above step will open the reasons listing page.
- Click create button to create reasons for eoe.
- The above step will open a popup to create reasons for eoe.
- Field with red sterics is necessary to fill.
- Enter reasons name.
- Enter reasons description.
- Click the save button to create reasons for eoe.
- Reasons for eoe will be created and look like.
- Click the edit button to edit eoe reasons.
- Click on the edit button will open a popup to edit eoe reasons. Edit process is the same as like create process. Repeat step 8-10 from the above section of the document to edit eoe reasons.
- Click the View button to view EOE reasons.
- Click on the View button will open a popup to view EOE reasons. Employees can't change anything.
- Click the Cancel button to close the popup.
- Click the delete button to delete eoe reasons.
- Click on the delete button will open a confirmation popup to delete eoe reasons.
- Click yes if you want to delete.
- Click no if you don't want to delete.
