Employers can add Performance configurations through the Performance > Setting > Configuration section, where they can set different configurations on the basis of their rules and regulations inside an organization.
Those configurations are listed below:
To add Attendance configuration you need to do the following steps:
1. In the navbar click the Performance tab.
2. Above step will open new tabs in the dropdown. Click the Settings tab and then click the Configuration tab
3. Above step will open the Performance Configurations index page.
4. Read the Performance Configuration explanation from the Below section of the document and mark the checkbox if you want to add configuration in Performance.
5. Select the General tab for General Configuration
6. Show Grades in Evaluation, if the employer wants to show final grades in the evaluation if checked true then select the Grade scale how create a scale?
7. Show CGPA fields in Performance Evaluation, which means in evaluation form or in history there will be CGPA showing ( gained and total )
8. Set total CGPA, next to the check box
9. CGPA is evaluated on the basis of, which means all evaluation's GPAs are calculated according to company or employee year to show the overall last CGPA
10. Employees can reject the evaluated performance, if checked true means the employee can challenge his/her evaluation
11. Who will handle rejected evaluation, here select the person who will evaluate again the rejected evaluations
12. Can-Evaluate Multiple Times in Rejected Evaluations, means the person who will handle the rejected evaluation can evaluate multiple time
13. Show Immediate Objectives in 'My Goals' means all objectives created immediately while creating the review cycle will show in the 'My Goals' module
14. You can change the label for Certification, write the label in a given

16. Click on the Evaluations Configuration tab ( second tab below the General tab )
17. Step in Score during Evaluation, means When an employer gives marks to an employee select step up to increase by one and step down to decrease by one commonly but the employer can change the steps count like one or two or 1.5 or more
18. Can Re-Evaluate multiple times in evaluations, which means the evaluator can evaluate it again and again until the evaluation stop
19. Self Evaluation shown as Tabs or Side by Side, while evaluation the evaluator can see employee self-evaluation in tow way
20. Show Setting in Review Cycle, if you want to show the setting button then check the box true
21. Show Grade in Self Evaluation, means the employee will see his grade in self-evaluation (grade of only self-evaluation)
22. Show Score in Self Evaluation, means the employee will see his Score in self-evaluation (score of only self-evaluation)
23. Show Grade in Non-Self Evaluation, which means the evaluator will see the employee's grade while evaluating
24. Show Score in Non-Self Evaluation, which means the evaluator will see the employee's Score while evaluating
25. Show Save As Draft In Objective Setting means While assigning the objective employee can save it as a draft and edit it later
26. Show Save As Draft In Evaluation means While evaluating employee can save it as a draft and edit it later
27. Show Milestone Achieved > employer can add a Milestone field to mention the Achievements of the employee while evaluating
28. Show list of projects Delivered > employer can add a field to mention the list of projects done by the employee while evaluating
29. Show Profile > While evaluating if you want to show the profile of the employee
30. Sow Self Evaluation > if checked true then the evaluator can see the employee's self-evaluation while evaluating
31. Show recommendations > while evaluating show recommendations for employee
32. Recommendations list, here you can select the recommendation for evaluation
33. Click on the Email Configuration tab ( third tab below the Evaluations Configuration tab )
34. Email Assignees > if checked true means all employees in performance evaluation will get an email notification
35. Email appraisers on evaluation start > if check true it means when evaluations start evaluator will get an email notification
36. Email appraisers on evaluation end > if check true it means near the end of the evaluation, the evaluator will get an email notification
37. Click the Save button to save all configuration
